Vicky Lee and Mika Sasaki — Concert and Master Class
Violinist Vicky HyunJin Lee and Pianist Mika Sasaki came to Omaha for an incredible Saturday of teaching and performing that left us all inspired and invigorated.
The morning started with technique classes in violin and piano that were open to Conservatory students.
In Master Classes, Vicky Lee and Mika Sasaki worked one-on-one with students while the audience learned, too.
The day closed out with a concert that displayed the virtuosic ability of these two musicians. Prokofiev, Lutoslawski, and Ravel made dazzling appearances.
